becomes a fee-based website, WhoLikesMe.com will not
give refunds for any reason and will only provide a credit to be used towards
purchasing another WhoLikesMe.com Listing.
5.) No adult or offensive material of any kind is permitted to be listed
on WhoLikesMe.com. Although WhoLikesMe.com will make every effort to remove
such material from its databases upon notification that such items exist, WhoLikesMe.com
does not guarantee nor is responsible for the removal of such
material.
6.) User agrees that WhoLikesMe.com is not responsible for any damage
to the user that arises from computer malfunction, website malfunction,
programming malfunction, credit card processing malfunction, server
malfunction, computer hacking, or the like.
7.) User agrees to hold WhoLikesMe.com harmless for any loss of
